How to Order Online/Preorder


We've created with the idea of making your online shopping experience simple and hassle-free.

Step 1. Register/Login to Your Customer Account

If you're visiting us for the first time, we invite you to create an account with us. It's easy to do, and your data will be kept confidential. You'll need an email address to validate your created account. Go to the Register/Login section and follow the indicated steps.

If you already have an account, please log in.


Step 2. Choose Products

Add the products you want to order to your shopping cart.


Step 3. Complete Your Order

Do you have all the products you want in your cart? Just place your order by clicking the Complete Order button. Now you'll have various delivery options to choose from, depending on your delivery address. Find more details about delivery options here - Shipping Information.


What does pre-order mean?

The products are not yet in stock, but they will be in stock and shipped to you within an estimated time frame of 10 - 15 business days from the order placement date.

Before shipping the products, we'll contact you by phone to confirm the order.

This is a reservation system for products. If you see a product available for pre-order that you want, it's best to place the order to ensure you receive the product (stock is limited, including at the manufacturer).

Pre-orders cannot be placed indefinitely. If the option for pre-ordering is available, it is based on limited stock. Once that stock is depleted, the option to pre-order will disappear, and the product will be marked as out of stock.

A pre-order is a delayed delivery purchase.
