OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY

FLEXTAIL designs and manufactures the best portable outdoor gear. We choose materials of the highest quality, build to the most demanding manufacturing standards, and rigorously test our products.

FLEXTAIL OUTDOOR's responsibility for warranty claims shall be limited to repair or replacement. Our warranty does not cover damages to products adjacent to or used in conjunction with our products.

We offer a one-year warranty for all our products! The warranty does not cover accessories.
